Coaching offers a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, hear yourself think, and explore what’s true for you — without judgement or pressure.Together, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’d like to shift (or accept), and what might support meaningful change. You’re in the lead — I’m here to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and hold space for new insights to emerge.
We work from the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you tune into that inner wisdom, notice your patterns and strengths, and uncover what feels right for you.
This process meets you where you are. We go at your pace, and if it’s helpful, I can offer tools or reflections along the way, always with your consent, and always in service of what feels supportive to you. -
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.
Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.
While our work together may touch on past experiences or emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network. -
Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.
Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to occasionally invite body-based awareness and offer tools or frameworks that might support your process, if this is something you would like to consider or implement.
It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you.

Art-based coaching
Process emotions or challenges through art or nature-based photography, using creativity and the natural world as mirrors to express what’s inside, shift perspective, and find clarity and calm.
No art or photography skills needed.
This can be booked for in-person as standalone option or as part of your coaching package.

Most clients choose to work with me for six to eight sessions to allow space for adjustment, deeper integration and momentum.

Most clients feel that weekly or fortnightly sessions work well. This rhythm allows for time to implement, digest, reflect, and experiment with new ways of being, without losing flow.
