Or maybe you’re supporting others, where your own regulation, awareness, and energy are essential for safety and support for those around you.
I’ve spent over 15 years helping people learn, grow, and navigate complex environments. Along the way, I’ve noticed a pattern: systems enforce us to push harder with capability, achievement, and performance, but not how to be authentic, restore, regulate, or sustain ourselves.
That’s why I focus on mind-body capacity: supporting you to restore balance and reconnect with yourself through breath, rest, play, nature, and creative expression.

I walk alongside people with sensitive or overloaded systems. Together we build presence, clarity, and sustainable energy, so you can live and lead from flow. My work helps you tune into your internal signals, build self-trust, and make steadier, more aligned decisions; while reconnecting with your creativity and sense of self.
I also work with leaders and change-makers, supporting them to create environments where everyone can feel safe, supported, and able to truly flourish.
My approach is evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, translating complex scientific insights into practical, human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.
I am an EMCC Global Accredited Transformative Coach/Mentor (Senior Practitioner), hold a BSc in Biomedical Science, and I’m currently training as a Breath Science Practitioner.
