I’ve spent over 15 years in education, leadership development, and DEI environments — teaching, designing development programmes, and working in environments that push people to be their best. What I’ve learned is that being capable isn’t enough. You can have the skills, the knowledge and the ambition, but if you don’t have the capacity to manage your energy, and stay present and connected, it doesn’t matter how talented you are. Many people notice this when what helped them keep going begins to feel misaligned or exhausting.

I help people build capacity as a leadership skill so you can stay grounded, think clearly, make aligned choices, and restore your energy while supporting your health.

Capacity building is not about pushing harder, but about learning to trust yourself again and creating the conditions that allow you to stay rooted and let flow return.

Hello, I’m Anette

I support overstretched humans who feel overwhelmed or disconnected, to build mind-body capacity and release what gets in the way, so they can live and lead with presence, clarity and sustainable energy without burnout or self-abandonment. As capacity grows, people stop fighting themselves and start trusting and honouring what they know, feel and need.

I also support systems with practical tools to strengthen capacity, enhance wellbeing, and create inclusive environments where people can thrive.


Evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, my approach translates complex behavioural, physiological, and neuroscience insights into powerful human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.

I am an EMCC-Global Accredited Coach/Mentor (Senior Practitioner), hold a Diploma in Transformative Coaching accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and AC and a degree in BSc Biomedical Science. I am currently completing my qualification as a Breath Science Practitioner.

1:1 Transformative coaching creating space to make sense of your experience, process what feels stuck, and see new possibilities. Through somatic enquiry, metaphor and play, you build self trust, self confidence and greater mind-body capacity.

Breath Coaching

1:1 Trauma-informed breath coaching focusing on how you show up in your body. A bottom up entry point for nervous system regulation, building interoceptive awareness, supportive habit building and mind-body capacity expansion.

Access to Work Coaching

Neuro-affirming coaching to support focus, organisation, communication, and wellbeing at work. Available through employer-funded support and Access to Work packages, with practical, personalised strategies aligned to role demands and individual needs.
