Anette at Rooted Flow Coaching has over 15 years’ experience in supporting human development across personal and professional contexts, working with individuals, groups, and across different cultures. Anette is qualified as a Transformative Coach and Breath Science Practitioner and brings a globally recognised standard of ethics and evidence-based practices as an EMCC-Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner.

Anette’s work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, blending creative, intuitive and evidence-based approaches to support meaningful change in how people meet pressure, challenge and themselves.
She works with people across different parts of life, including professionals, leaders, community groups, and founders. Anette’s method is underpinned by the connection between mind-body and breath, to support you to stay truly resilient - able to stay grounded, responsive, and recover more easily when life and work demand it.
