Hello, I’m Anette.

I walk alongside sensitive souls who feel things deeply but can become overwhelmed, shut down, or lose themselves in relationships, at work, or during times of change. Together, we unlock clarity, connection, and sustainable capacity through breath, nervous system work and transformative coaching practices, so you can navigate life and work with confidence and ease.

My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in both evidence and intuition. I translate insights from science into practical, human experiences that help you reconnect with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.

I am an EMCC Global Accredited Transformative Coach (Senior Practitioner) and Breath Science Practitioner.
