Hello, I’m Anette
I walk alongside sensitive soulful people, many whom are navigating anxiety, burnout or a late-neurodivergence-diagnosis. Together we build presence, clarity, and sustainable energy. My work helps you tune into your internal signals, strengthen self-trust, and make steadier, more aligned decisions, while reconnecting with your creativity and sense of self. Using breath, nervous system awareness, and creative practices, I support lasting, embodied change.
I also work with leaders and change-makers to create inclusive and supportive environments where people are able to truly flourish.
My approach is evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, translating complex scientific insights into practical, human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.
I am an EMCC Global Accredited Transformative Coach (Senior Practitioner), hold a BSc in Biomedical Science, and I’m currently training as a Breath Science Practitioner.

Breath Coaching
1:1 Trauma-informed breath coaching focusing on how you show up in your body. A bottom up entry point for nervous system regulation, building interoceptive awareness, supportive habit building and mind-body capacity expansion.
Access to Work Coaching
Neuro-affirming coaching to support focus, organisation, communication, and wellbeing at work. Available through employer-funded support and Access to Work packages, with practical, personalised strategies aligned to role demands and individual needs.
