Anette at Rooted Flow Coaching has over 15 years’ experience in supporting human development across personal and professional contexts, working with individuals, groups, and across different cultures. Anette is qualified as a Transformative Coach and Breath Science Practitioner and brings a globally recognised standard of ethics and evidence-based practices as an EMCC-Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner.

My coaching approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming, working with your unique nervous system through creative and intuitive practices, such as imagery, and metaphor to bring lightness to weighty experiences.
