Hello, I’m Anette. I am a Mind-Breath-Body-Based Coach.
I walk alongside people who think and feel deeply — whether you’re navigating a transition, learning to work with your sensitivity, or carrying a lot that others may not fully see. Together, we cultivate presence, steadiness, and sustainable energy, helping you move through life with more confidence and ease.
Through breathwork, nervous system awareness, and creative practices, I support you to tune into your internal signals, strengthen self-trust, and make steadier, more aligned decisions, all while reconnecting with your creativity and sense of self.
I also partner with leaders and change-makers to create inclusive, supportive environments where people can truly flourish.
My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in both evidence and intuition. I translate insights from science into practical, human experiences that help you reconnect with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.
I am an EMCC Global Accredited Transformative Coach (Senior Practitioner), hold a BSc in Biomedical Science, and I’m currently training as a Breath Science Practitioner.
