I’m Anette, a Breath and Nervous System Coach and Consultant, and an EMCC Global Accredited Senior Practitioner.
I work with people who are used to holding a lot — often supporting others in their work or personal lives — to build the nervous system regulation and capacity needed to stay connected to themselves, work within their limits, and hold boundaries in everyday situations.
My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in evidence-backed techniques.
