Hello, I’m Anette
I support overwhelmed or disconnected humans to strengthen embodied leadership - building presence, capacity and sustainable energy without burnout or self-abandonment. Especially supportive for neurodivergent professionals and change makers navigating complexity, I combine holistic bottom-up work, including breath coaching and nervous system support, with top-down transformative coaching.
Evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, my approach translates complex behavioural, physiological, and neuroscience insights into powerful human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.
I am an EMCC-Global Accredited Coach/Mentor (Senior Practitioner), hold a Diploma in Transformative Coaching accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and AC and a degree in BSc Biomedical Science. I am currently completing my qualification as a Breath Science Practitioner.
