Anette is a Transformative Coach, Breath Science Practitioner and EMCC Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner. With a background in biomedical science and over 15 years of experience in education, coaching and human development, she combines evidence-based practice, lived experience and deep curiosity about what helps people thrive.

Anette’s work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, supporting people to better understand how they respond to pressure, challenge, and everyday demands, and to create more capacity in how they live and work.

She specialises in supporting high-achieving women to build capacity, self-trust, and confidence so they can feel more steady, resourced, and able to thrive again.

She also offers workshops and training for schools and organisations interested in sustainable performance and wellbeing.
