Anette's work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, helping people understand and work with their unique human energy: the connection between their thoughts, emotions, physiology and intuition. Through an embodied approach, she supports individuals to build sustainable capacity, make clearer decisions and protect the energy required for meaningful work and life.
She specialises in working with founders, leaders and purpose-driven individuals who carry responsibility, influence others or navigate complexity. Supporting them to access greater clarity, self-trust and sustainable performance without losing connection to themselves.
Anette also offers workshops and learning experiences for communities and organisations focused on human energy, sustainable performance, neuro-inclusive wellbeing and creating environments where people can thrive.

Anette is a Transformative Coach, Breath Science Practitioner and EMCC Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner. With a background in science and over 15 years of experience in education, coaching and human development, she combines evidence-based practice, lived experience of sensitivity, and deep curiosity about what helps people thrive.
