Hello and welcome. I’m Anette.
My work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. This means I don't ask you to fix what is not broken, but instead, we work with your unique nervous system, using breath and nervous system regulation for you to access your brilliance without the burnout.
Sometimes, the load can be too heavy for plain language. Much of my coaching approach picks out metaphor-based language to bypass the logic-brain and get to the root of the friction. It’s an intuitive process of creative right-hemisphere play that makes deep change feel lighter and more accessible.
While my methods can be creative, my framework is disciplined. I am qualified as a Transformative Coach and Breath Science Practitioner. I bring a globally recognised standard of ethics and evidence-based practice to my work as an EMCC-Global Accredited EIA Senior Practictioner.
