Anette is a Transformative Coach, Breath Science Practitioner and EMCC Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner. With a background in science and over 15 years of experience in education, coaching and human development, she combines evidence-based practice, lived experience of sensitivity, and deep curiosity about what helps people thrive.

Anette's work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, helping people understand how stress and overwhelm affect both mind and body. Using breathwork, deep rest and embodied practices, she creates a safe space for lasting change.
She specialises in emotional wellbeing, supporting people to feel calmer, restore their energy and develop sustainable ways of living, working and thriving.
Anette also offers workshops and learning experiences for communities and organisations focused on wellbeing and sustainable performance.
