Anette is qualified as a Transformative Coach and Breath Science Practitioner and brings a globally recognised standard of ethics and evidence-based practices as an EMCC-Global Accredited EIA Senior Practitioner.

My work is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, using creative, intuitive and evidence-based practices to support the nervous system. Together, we build the biological capacity for clarity and steadiness for those times when the pressure builds.
