You can be talented, ambitious, and skilled, and still feel drained, burnt out or unsure of yourself. Or maybe you’re supporting others, where regulation, awareness, and capacity are needed to help them feel safe and supported.
I’ve spent over 15 years in education, leadership development, and DEI environments — teaching, designing development programs, and helping people reach their potential. Along the way, I’ve learned that systems often push for capability without supporting capacity. The consequence is felt on many levels: individuals become drained, disconnected, and at risk of burnout; those who care for them struggle with wanting the best but not knowing how to help; and systems suffer from absenteeism, turnover, and reduced wellbeing and effectiveness.
I help people rebuild trust in themselves by reconnecting with their bodies. Through interoception awareness, functional breathing, and right-hemisphere techniques, you can strengthen self-trust, cultivate self-compassion, and rebuild confidence and connection with yourself and others. Sustainable mind-body capacity lets you make aligned choices, restore your energy, and stay grounded while supporting your long-term health.

Hello, I’m Anette
I support overstretched humans who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected to reconnect with their body and internal signals. Build mind-body capacity by tuning into your sensations safely, strengthen self-trust, and live and lead with presence, clarity, and sustainable energy — without burnout or self-abandonment.
I also work with caregivers and change makers, providing practical tools and awareness to strengthen capacity, enhance wellbeing, and create inclusive environments where everyone can feel supported and able to succeed.
Evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, my approach translates complex behavioural, physiological, and neuroscience insights into powerful human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.
I am an EMCC-Global Accredited Coach/Mentor (Senior Practitioner), hold a Diploma in Transformative Coaching accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and AC and a degree in BSc Biomedical Science. I am currently completing my qualification as a Breath Science Practitioner.
