Hello, I’m Anette

I support overwhelmed or disconnected humans to build mind-body capacity and release what gets in the way, so they can lead and live with presence, clarity and sustainable energy without burnout or self abandonment.
Especially supportive for neurodivergent and highly sensitive professionals navigating complexity, I combine breath and nervous system work with transformative coaching that supports emotional processing and integration.

Evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, my approach translates complex behavioural, physiological, and neuroscience insights into powerful human experiences that reconnect you with your natural strengths, values, and mind-body intelligence.

I am an EMCC-Global Accredited Coach/Mentor (Senior Practitioner), hold a Diploma in Transformative Coaching accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and AC and a degree in BSc Biomedical Science. I am currently completing my qualification as a Breath Science Practitioner.

Breath Coaching

1:1 Trauma-informed breath coaching focusing on how you show up in your body. A bottom up entry point for nervous system regulation, building interoceptive awareness, supportive habit building and mind-body capacity expansion.
