Hello…

I ‘m Anette

My philosophy

Our brains are constantly predicting and scanning for safety, patterns, and possibility. How we show up, make decisions, and respond is shaped not just by what we know, but by the state of our nervous system in the moment and the context we are in.

Mind-body capacity is built over time. When we practice awareness, regulation, and presence, our nervous system learns new patterns, updating the brain’s predictions so that in future situations we can respond with clarity, confidence, and grounded presence. My approach works with your nervous system to strengthen self-trust, expand capacity, and support you in showing up fully in work, relationships, learning, creativity, and leadership with ease, resilience, and sustainable energy.

My background

My professional experience:

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work.

With over 15 years’ experience in education, leadership development, and learning design, I’ve supported individuals, professionals and teams through change and growth in both educational and corporate settings. I’ve been a teacher, training other teachers to be inclusive of all abilities; partnered with universities on inclusive programmes for apprentices; led DEI initiatives across organisations; and designed and delivered coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programmes in corporates. Across these roles, I’ve seen how people can thrive when their mind-body capacity is understood, supported, and nurtured.

My lived experience:

With a late neurodivergent diagnosis, I’ve felt the strain of complexity and high-demand environments. I very quickly learned that solely studying emotional regulation wasn’t enough. Developing mind-body capacity over time continues to give me the ability to meet myself where I am at, and honour my needs. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to support others in cultivating doing the same.

I'm originally from South Africa and have lived in the UK for the past 25 years. I'm a keen photographer who loves capturing nature scenes. I’m well-travelled and find inspiration in the diversity of people and places I’ve encountered along the way.

I feel most grounded when I’m walking in nature, practicing yoga, wild swimming, or exploring breathwork. I also have a deep love for circus arts - there’s something so freeing about hanging upside down!

I’m deeply passionate about my own self-development and spiritual journey: exploring energy work, parts work, and shadow work to deepen my awareness and support my healing.

Animals have always had a special place in my heart, especially cats, which are my favourite companions.
