Low-Cost Opportunities:
Boundaries Pilot Session
I am developing a new group workshop on boundaries. This will be a low-cost pilot session (individual or group depending on interest) offered in exchange for honest feedback (and a review if it was helpful) to help shape future workshops and programmes.
Rather than simply talking about boundaries intellectually, this session will focus on helping you notice your patterns in real-time through experiential exercises, reflection, body awareness, and practical integration.
This session is designed for personal reflection and growth rather than therapeutic support, so it’s best suited to those who currently feel emotionally stable enough to engage with experiential exercises and self-reflection.

Relaxation and Deep Rest Session
Experience deep rest and nervous system reset in this small-group Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) session.
Through guided breath and body-based awareness, you’ll be supported to slow down, release tension, and access a state of restorative rest — without needing to sleep.
No prior experience is needed. This is a gentle, accessible practice designed for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or in need of space to pause and reset.
This is a calm, supportive coaching space where you can fully switch off and be guided into rest.
