Holistic, Trauma-informed, and Neurodiversity-affirming Coaching

Are you looking to:

  • Feel more empowered in your sense of agency and advocate for your needs with clarity and confidence?

  • Start managing your energy, not just your time, so life feels more sustainable and balanced?

  • Lead from your strengths and not from shame or self-doubt?

  • Build trust in your body, and meet life’s demands without shutting down, masking, or forcing yourself to push through?

  • Understand your optimal conditions so you can reduce decision fatigue, and create environments that support you?

Then you’re in the right place!

I support professionals who experience life differently or deeply; to unlearn survival strategies and to lead from within, whilst staying rooted in clarity, nervous system care, and sustainable flow.

Here’s how I have supported clients previously…

To:

  • Feel more self-confident & ditch their imposter syndrome.

  • Reduce overwhelm and build a toolkit of resources, that helps regulate their nervous systems.

  • Find their own voice, learn to advocate for themselves, and feel empowered to set boundaries in their personal and work lives.

  • Understand themselves and their own needs better.

  • Come to terms with a new neurodivergent diagnosis.

  • Make conscious choices for their future selves through head, heart and gut alignment.

  • Pursue a new and more fulfilling career and align their personal and business values.

Maybe I can help you too?

Check if Coaching is right for you?

  • Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.

Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to occasionally invite body-based awareness and offer tools or frameworks that might support your process, if this is something you would like to consider or implement.

It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you.

  • Coaching gives you something rare: space to focus on you. No small talk. No pretending. Space to be you. Seen. Heard. Supported. Empowered.

Coaching offers a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, hear yourself think, and explore what’s true for you — without judgement or pressure.

Together, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’d like to shift (or accept), and what might support meaningful change. You’re in the lead — I’m here to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and hold space for new insights to emerge.

We work from the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you tune into that inner wisdom, notice your patterns and strengths, and uncover what feels right for you.

This process meets you where you are. We go at your pace, and if it’s helpful, I can offer tools or reflections along the way, always with your consent, and always in service of what feels supportive to you.

  • Topics that may typically arise can include:

    • Authenticity

    • Boundaries

    • Communication and Self-advocacy

    • Energy Management

    • Relationships & Limerence

    • Self-confidence & Imposter Syndrome

    • Emotional Regulation & Overwhelm

    • Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria

    • Executive Dysfunction & Overwhelm

    • Burnout

    • Self-Leadership

    • Nervous System Sensitivities

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.

Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.

While our work together may touch on past experiences or emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network.

FAQs

  • While a single session can offer clarity and support, meaningful and lasting change tends to happen over time.

Most clients choose to work with me for at least four sessions to allow space for deeper integration and momentum.

    • Sessions are typically 60-minutes long (unless you opt for the single breakthrough option).

    • Most clients feel that fortnightly sessions work well. This rhythm allows for time to digest, reflect, and experiment with new ways of being, without losing flow.

    • We’ll begin with a free 30-minute call to get to know each other, explore what you're looking for, and see if it’s a good fit. No pressure or obligation.

    • Sessions are held on Zoom. Walk-and-Talk options in the countryside (BS39) are available.

  • Current coaching availability: Fridays, 8.30am–11am and 2pm-4pm (UK time), but we can also discuss the possibility of running sessions on other weekday mornings prior to work or over weekday lunchtimes.

  • Payment is required in advance to secure your coaching sessions.

Following on from our initial chemistry call, I will send across our coaching agreement outlining details.

  • I offer a small number of reduced-rate spaces for those experiencing financial hardship. These are limited and by application only. If this applies to you, feel free to reach out with a brief outline of your circumstances. I’ll let you know if a space is available or when one might open up.

  • I’m happy to accept coachees with Access to Work funding provided:

    • Our work together is within scope, ie helping you remain in employment.

    • You manage the claim process via your online account.

    • You pay me in advance and then get the cost reimbursed from Access to Work.

The UK Government’s Access to Work scheme offers valuable support for people with disabilities or long-term health conditions—whether you're employed or self-employed. If you're experiencing challenges at work, or anticipate that you might, you're eligible to apply for help through this programme.

Please be aware: it can take several months (up to 8 months) from applying to receiving support, so it’s worth starting early.

No formal diagnosis is required to apply.

Remember, if you’re employed and don’t have Access to Work in place, your employer may be willing to sponsor the cost of the sessions.

Please note: I’m not able to provide general or placeholder quotes to support Access to Work applications.
