Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or out of balance?
Take the quiz…
RESTORING AND BUILDING YOUR ENERGY
Do you often feel like you're using more energy than other people seem to, just to get through everyday life or work?
Do you struggle to recover your energy, even after sleeping, resting or taking time off?
Do you want to understand your nervous system, emotions and energy patterns more deeply?
LEADING YOUR ENERGY
Do you feel disconnected from what you want because you've spent years meeting everyone else's expectations?
Do decisions leave you mentally exhausted because you're trying to consider every possible outcome?
Are you navigating a recent diagnosis and need workplace support?
PROTECTING YOUR ENERGY
Do you leave conversations or social situations feeling unusually drained?
Do you often feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy, calm or comfortable?
Do you want to create and advocate for healthier boundaries that honour your needs, values and energy?
If you answered yes to the above, workplace strategy coaching can support you to strengthen embodied self-leadership.
I support you to understand how your nervous system responds to pressure, sensory demands, and change, so you can manage your energy more sustainably, advocate for your needs with confidence, and build a way of working that supports your wellbeing and allows you to thrive.

What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a UK Government grant designed to provide practical support for people with a disability or health condition to start or remain in work. If you qualify, it can cover coaching for Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, Mental Health, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia tailored to how you work—helping with planning, organisation, focus, communication, self-advocacy and managing overwhelm.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to apply. What matters is how your neurodivergence or health condition impacts your work.
-
We will have a 30-minute initial consultation call to check we are a good fit, and to answer any questions.
-
Submit your application to Access to Work online or by phone.
An assessor considers the support you need for your job.
If coaching is approved, you’ll receive an award setting out hours and funding available to you.
-
We schedule your programme with you and (if it would be helpful) co-ordinate with your manager/HR so support lands smoothly.
In your first session, we will set priorities/goals, review your breath and / or spiky profile, and design support that suits your goals, energy, routines and needs.
Client Testimonial
“I had a belief that nothing could change around some of the anxious and overwhelmed feelings I was experiencing. Anette was amazing at making me feel comfortable to be my weird self and express what I was feeling. There was a moment when something clicked and I felt a complete shift in my experience and how I was feeling. I couldn’t believe it was that simple. The images and metaphors that came up during the session have stayed with me and I’ve found them really useful to come back to as a reminder. Thank you so much for gentleness, kindness and openness Anette - it’s invaluable.”

FAQs
-
Coaching helps you get unstuck and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. You’ll learn to understand your emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses, rather than pushing through or ignoring them.
Through reflective coaching and practical physiology-based tools, you gain tangible ways to regulate stress, align your actions with your values, and take realistic steps toward what matters to you. Over time, this builds your self-leadership and ability to navigate uncertainty from change and transitions.

Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.
Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.
While our work together may touch on emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network. -
Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.
Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to work with you in a framework and offer tools or science that might support your process. Your results are strongest when you actively engage with the tools and strategies that resonate with you.
It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you and your commitment to yourself to implement positive change. -
The UK Government’s Access to Work scheme offers valuable support for people with disabilities or long-term health conditions—whether you're employed or self-employed. If you're experiencing challenges at work, or anticipate that you might, you're eligible to apply for help through this programme.
You will need to manage the claim process your end, pay me in advance and get reimbursed for the cost from Access to Work.
Please be aware: it can take several months (up to 8 months) from applying to receiving support, so it’s worth starting early.
No formal diagnosis is required to apply.
Remember, if you’re employed and don’t have Access to Work in place, your employer may be willing to sponsor the cost of the sessions.
Please note: I’m not able to provide general or placeholder quotes to support Access to Work applications.
