The Regulated Self-Leader
Program Overview
-
Clarify your goals and understand your starting point through breath assessments. Learn practical, body-based tools to steady your state under pressure, using grounding and functional breathing to restore balance and focus.
-
Identify and reframe the thought patterns that contribute to perfectionism, self-doubt, or overthinking. Move from limitation to possibility.
-
Develop a supportive inner dialogue that promotes confidence, clarity, and focus. Learn how self-compassion strengthens emotional regulation and helps you recover faster from setbacks.
-
Learn to recognise and regulate your own stress responses so you can expand your window of tolerance, maintain composure, and respond thoughtfully, even in moments of tension or challenge.
-
Learn to tune into the body’s subtle signals and recognise sensations and emotions as information, not interference. Through interoceptive awareness and emotional labelling, you’ll build the capacity to stay present in discomfort.
-
Gentle exposure practices help retrain your system to find calm and clarity even when stress rises.
-
Through evidence-based breathwork, you’ll build greater physiological capacity and learn to stay composed and resourceful, even in fast-moving or high-stakes environments.
-
Learn to recognise burnout and restore your energy. In this session, you’ll explore practical strategies for rest, recovery, and better sleep, while using breathwork and mindfulness to reset your nervous system and sustain your focus, balance, and wellbeing.
-
Identify the principles that are most important to you and see where your life or work may be out of alignment. This session supports you in making choices that reflect who you are, helping you lead, work, and live with greater integrity and purpose.
-
Learn to recognise where your time, focus, and energy are being drained. Explore emotional labour patterns, uncover hidden energy leaks, and practise setting clear, values-led boundaries. Build the confidence to say no with integrity and meet your own needs without guilt.
-
Step into your confidence in a way that feels grounded and authentic. This session combines posture, breath, and voice work with reflective exercises to help you inhabit your presence fully. By connecting body and mind, you’ll strengthen self-assurance, communicate with clarity, and act with conviction, whether in the workplace, social settings, or personal life.
-
Reflect on your progress, integrate new practices into daily life, and develop strategies for recommitting when challenges arise. We’ll also celebrate achievements, reinforcing confidence, self-compassion, and the sustainable habits that support your ongoing journey.

FAQs

Coaching offers a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, hear yourself think, and explore what’s true for you, without judgement or pressure.
Together, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’d like to shift (or accept), and what might support meaningful change. You’re in the lead — I’m here to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and hold space for new insights to emerge.
We work from the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you tune into that inner wisdom, notice your patterns and strengths, and uncover what feels right for you.
This process meets you where you are. We go at your pace, and if it’s helpful, I can offer tools or reflections along the way, always with your consent, and always in service of what feels supportive to you. -
YES! Self-leadership isn’t about a title or role, it’s about leading yourself.
This program helps you build clarity, confidence, and calm so you can navigate stress, make aligned decisions, and take charge of your life, whether at work, at home, or in your personal growth journey. -
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.
Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.
While our work together may touch on past experiences or emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network. -
During our initial chemistry call, we can talk through the best option for you based on your goals and what you would like to achieve.
-
Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.
Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to work with you in a framework and offer tools or science that might support your process, if this is something you would like to consider or implement.
It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you and your commitment to yourself to implement positive change. -
The investment cost varies, and depends on the engagement. Please enquire.
Payment plans are available to make this accessible to those who are committed and ready to invest in themselves. -
While a single session can offer insight or relief, coaching is most effective as a journey of behaviour change over time. I recommend working through one of the structured programs (5, 8, or 12 weeks) to build lasting skills and transformations. Once you’ve completed a program, individual sessions are available to support continued growth, reflection, and integration.
