  • Coaching gives you something rare: space to focus on you. No small talk. No pretending. Space to be you. Seen. Heard. Supported. Empowered.

    Coaching offers a safe, supportive space where you can reflect, hear yourself think, and explore what’s true for you — without judgement or pressure.

    Together, we’ll look at where you are now, what you’d like to shift (or accept), and what might support meaningful change. You’re in the lead — I’m here to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and hold space for new insights to emerge.

    We work from the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you tune into that inner wisdom, notice your patterns and strengths, and uncover what feels right for you.

    This process meets you where you are. We go at your pace, and if it’s helpful, I can offer tools or reflections along the way, always with your consent, and always in service of what feels supportive to you.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.

    Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.

    While our work together may touch on past experiences or emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.

    Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to occasionally invite body-based awareness and offer tools or frameworks that might support your process, if this is something you would like to consider or implement.

    It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you.

Art-Based Creative Coaching
Process emotions or challenges through art-making. Using creative expression, you’ll explore what’s inside, uncover new perspectives, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Photography-Infused Coaching
Use nature and photography as mirrors for reflection and self-discovery. Through the lens, you’ll shift perspective, find clarity and calm, and connect more deeply with yourself.

No art or photography skills needed.
This can be booked for in-person as standalone option or as part of your coaching package.

Animal-assisted Coaching in partnership with Compassion for Cats, where the gentle presence and connection with cats can deepen nervous system regulation and self-awareness.

  • I offer a small number of reduced-rate spaces for those experiencing financial hardship. These are limited and by application only. If this applies to you, feel free to reach out with a brief outline of your circumstances. I’ll let you know if a space is available or when one might open up.

  • Yes, absolutely. My coaching is fully suitable for Access to Work referrals. It’s designed to help individuals build resilience, self-awareness, and capacity to thrive in any professional (and personal) context, particularly when managing challenges such as high stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout or neurodivergent needs. Sessions focus on developing sustainable strategies for performance, wellbeing, and confidence at work, supporting both personal growth and professional success.

    You will need to manage the claim process your end, pay me in advance and get reimbursed for the cost from Access to Work.

    The UK Government’s Access to Work scheme offers valuable support for people with disabilities or long-term health conditions—whether you're employed or self-employed. If you're experiencing challenges at work, or anticipate that you might, you're eligible to apply for help through this programme.

    Please be aware: it can take several months (up to 8 months) from applying to receiving support, so it’s worth starting early.

    No formal diagnosis is required to apply.

    Remember, if you’re employed and don’t have Access to Work in place, your employer may be willing to sponsor the cost of the sessions.
