A chance to come back to yourself…

Modern life asks a lot of your nervous system. Sometimes you don't need another strategy, productivity hack or thing to work on.

You need space to stop doing, breathe, rest and let your system settle.

Sound-based practices can offer a deeply immersive experience, while slow breathing can increase parasympathetic activity to support rest and recovery, and deep rest gives you the opportunity to step out of your usual patterns of thinking and doing, creating space to practise seeing yourself and your circumstances from a different perspective.

Can be booked as a one-to-one or group session.

Breath for Sensitive Nervous Systems

Breathwork and nervous system regulation can be powerful tools for emotional wellbeing, but they aren’t one-size-fits-all. For neurodivergent and highly sensitive people, the nervous system may respond more intensely to changes in breathing, sensation, stimulation and internal focus. Practices that feel calming for one person can sometimes feel activating or overwhelming for another. That’s why I take an individualised, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach, paying attention to your unique sensory and physiological responses tailoring approaches to how you respond.
