Dare to rest like a lioness…
An invitation to join me for an experience of deep rest and nervous system nourishment, inspired by the quiet strength of the lioness. The lioness doesn’t need to be constantly doing, proving or pushing. She knows when to move, when to act, and when to rest. There is strength in both.
Through guided breath, body-based awareness, and a deeply restorative rest practice, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
This is a space to step away from the pressure of doing, achieving and holding everything together, and instead create room for stillness, reflection and renewal.
No prior experience is needed. This gentle, accessible practice is suitable for anyone longing for a moment of rest, calm and care.
Family members welcome!
You will need somewhere comfortable and undisturbed:
Yoga mat, sofa or somewhere comfortable to lie down
Eye mask
Water
Blanket or anything that helps you feel cosy and warm
Layers and socks, as your body temperature is likely to drop
An object that makes you feel supported, such as a crystal, feather or photo
Location: Your home is the den! You will be sent the Zoom link the day before.
4th October 2026 | 5pm–6pm
A quick note on bookings: within 24 hours of the session, places are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else if you can no longer attend.
Limited spots available.
