Creative Group Workshops

  • This small group coaching workshop combines creative expression through mask-decorating, self-reflection, and embodiment, and invites participants to explore and reveal hidden aspects of themselves in a playful, supportive space.

    In-person delivery.

  • Learn to make decisions that truly feel right by connecting your thinking, feeling, and intuition. This workshop guides you to integrate your head, heart, and gut, helping you navigate choices with clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.

  • Connect with nature to spark insight, reflection, and personal discovery: uncover metaphors, notice patterns, and leave inspired and grounded.

  • Through symbolism, discover the lessons nature has for you. Connect with an animal guide, explore it’s wisdom, and create a personal model to take home as a touchstone for insight and intuition.

  • Connect with your future self through writing and visual expression. Craft a letter or postcard, and optionally add drawings or vision board elements to uncover guidance, inspiration, and clarity for your present journey.

    Virtual or in-person options.

  • Step into a shared creative space where intuition leads the brush. In this workshop, participants explore themes through color, shape, and texture, painting collaboratively without rules or expectations. Everyone contributes to a living artwork that reflects the group’s collective energy and imagination.

Functional Breathing for Everyday Ease

Functional breathing plays a crucial role in anxiety, stress recovery, sleep, focus, posture, movement, etc. This is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you understand and optimise your breathing. You’ll leave with personalised insights and practical tools you can use immediately.

Breathing for Emotional
Balance

A practical, trauma-informed workshop introducing the essentials of Polyvagal Theory and how your nervous system responds to stress, connection, and safety. You’ll learn simple ways to identify when you’re in sympathetic activation or dorsal shutdown, and practise grounding, breathwork, and up/down-regulation techniques to shift into a more regulated state.

In-person or online delivery.

Interoceptive & Exteroceptive Awareness Practice

A guided session to help you build self-trust by strengthening your ability to sense what’s happening inside your body (interoception) and around you (exteroception). An embodied practice for anyone wanting deeper clarity, intuition, and connection to self.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)

This NSDR (Yoga Nidra) meditation uses breathwork, body scanning, and passive relaxation to guide your brain into a deeply restorative state similar to early sleep cycles. It’s designed to reduce stress, restore energy, and support focus, clarity, and recovery.

Unmasking you: Creative Coaching Workshop for your Authentic Self

- Do you ever feel like you’re wearing different “masks” depending on where you are or who you’re with?

- Do you long for more alignment between how you feel inside and how you show up in the world?

If any of these questions resonate, this workshop is for you.

In this small group, interactive session, you’ll step into a supportive space designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your authenticity. Together, we’ll use art-based coaching methods to explore what lies beneath the surface of the “masks” we wear in daily life.

The core practice will be mask-decorating, not as an art project to perfect, but as a somatic and reflective tool. This hands-on activity will give you a tangible way to explore the contrast between the self you present to the world and the deeper truths within you.

All materials provided. Bring yourself, a journal for reflection and something to keep you hydrated.
