Photography

Photography and embodied expression:

Photography can be a powerful way to capture and explore emotions.

I offer it in two ways:

  1. Expressive portraits: Use photography to express the emotions that are hard to put into words, capturing the depth of your experience or the transformation unfolding within you.

  2. Workshops & Experiences: Use photography as a lens for self-reflection, creativity, and coaching, integrating embodied awareness and insight into learning or group sessions.

Each approach is grounded in presence, attention, and flow, helping you to explore identity, connection, and expression in a mindful, embodied way.
