I speak about self-leadership from my lived experience as an autistic individual, sharing what I’ve learned about managing energy, navigating overwhelm, and using nervous-system informed strategies, even when it isn’t always easy, because sometimes, the system works against you.
My talks are about real experiences, as well as the small, practical tools that can help people stay a little steadier in challenging systems, without pretending it’s perfect or easy, or that the neurodivergent individual has to “fix” themselves to fit in.
