Group Programme
For capable, ambitious and high-achieving women who want career success, but refuse to sacrifice their wellbeing or sense of selves to achieve it.
Does this sound familiar?
Busy Brain & Overthinking:
“My brain is always on. Even when I’m trying to sleep, I’m thinking, planning, analysing or worrying. I can’t seem to stop.”
→
Knowing vs Embodying:
“I know what to do when it comes to resting and burnout, I just don’t seem to be able to actually do it when it matters.”
→
Knocked Confidence:
“I know I am capable on paper, but after the unsupportive work situation I experienced, I now doubt myself.”
→
Proving Yourself:
“I feel like I have to work harder than everyone else to prove I’m good enough. I feel like I am constantly running behind.”
→
Losing Yourself:
“I’ve spent so long doing what I’m ‘supposed’ to do that I’m not sure I even know what I feel or need or what I want next.”
→
Making Yourself The Problem:
“When the system is broken, my first thought is ‘What am I doing wrong?’ I assume I must try harder or fix something.”
→
Second-Guessing Your Success
“I can list all my achievements and qualifications and I still feel like a fraud and like I am failing.”
→
Pushing Through & Burnout
“I know I’m exhausted, but I notice I say ‘I’m fine’ and keep pushing through, until suddenly I have nothing left.”
→
You’ve spent your whole life being rewarded for achieving, pushing harder and getting things right - and somewhere along the way, you started believing that when something wasn’t working, the problem was you and you just needed to try harder…
Now you’re feeling exhausted from overthinking, second-guessing yourself & pushing past your limits.
You really want to figure out what you actually want, rebuild your confidence & sense of self, whilst creating a purposeful career or business that fits the life you now want.
Changing direction, leaving something familiar, putting yourself out there or making a different choice creates uncertainty, which can be scary and uncomfortable.
You’re not just trying to do things right; you’re trying to be good at what you do, whilst also having purpose, and feel confident enough to put yourself forward to have a successful and sustainable business or career that supports the life you want to live!
What it might be costing you to live in this current way:
Your sense of self-trust & confidence
Your energy & capacity
Your health & wellbeing
Your emotional wellness
Your sense of feeling safe in your body and interactions
Your sleep, underlying physiology & breathing patterns
Your time
Your joy
Your freedom
Connection with loved ones
Your sense of agency
Missed opportunities
Unmet needs
Your sense of purpose and fulfillment
Which Of These Have You Already Tried?
-
Yoga, walking, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, massage, acupuncture, reflexology… you’ve tried all sorts of things to help you feel better.
They help, but often only momentarily. You feel calmer, more rested or more like yourself for a while, before the demands of your life and your usual patterns take over again.
-
Talking therapy, EFT, NLP, hypnotherapy, podcasts, doctors, physios… you’ve spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself, fix the problem and find something that works.
You’ve gained insight, but knowing something intellectually doesn't necessarily change what you do when you're stressed, overwhelmed or scared. You can understand your patterns and still find yourself repeating them.
-
Positive thinking. Gratitude. Affirmations. Reframing. Mindset work. Trying to focus on the good and think your way out of the way you’re feeling.
But you can’t always think your way out of a physiological state. When your body is stressed or overwhelmed, telling yourself to “think differently” doesn't necessarily change how you actually feel or behave.
-
New morning routines. Earlier nights. Exercise plans. Journalling. Better habits. Time away from your phone. You’ve had plenty of fresh starts.
But a new routine doesn’t necessarily change the underlying patterns that made the old one hard to maintain.Once life gets busy or stressful, you find yourself slipping back into what feels familiar.
-
You’ve changed jobs, considered changing careers, taken sabbaticals, reduced your hours, hired more staff or tried to create more space — hoping that changing what’s around you would finally make things feel different.
And sometimes it does… until the same patterns follow you into the new situation. You can change the job, the hours or the environment, but still find yourself overworking, overthinking, people-pleasing or pushing past your own needs.
-
Productivity hacks, planners, to-do lists, time management, prioritising, scheduling, getting up earlier, trying harder…
And if being more organised and disciplined could have fixed this, you’d have fixed it by now. Because the problem isn't necessarily that you don't know how to manage your time, it's that you're trying to fit an ever-increasing amount into a system that is already asking too much of you.
Productivity culture, self-development, wellness trends, social media and yes… even well-meaning advice - all in the hope of feeling better, coping better and being able to keep showing up for everyone and everything that needs you.
It’s no wonder you feel exhausted, stuck and overwhelmed living in world that is constantly pushing you to do more.
Imagine being able to…
Celebrate what you've achieved & get clear on what's next
Recognise how far you've come, understand what isn't working anymore, and get clear on what you actually want from your career, business and life now.
Have more energy, a calmer mind & break the burnout cycle
Understand what's happening in your body, learn to regulate stress, recognise what drains and replenishes you, and create ways of working that give you more energy, capacity and nervous system balance.
Build the self-trust & confidence to make decisions that fit the life you want
Know what you need, trust yourself to make decisions without having all the answers, and feel confident enough to take up space, charge your worth and create work that fits the life you actually want.
It all starts with feeling safe enough to be in your body…
"With Anette's knowledgeable and patient guidance through her 8 week programme, I have been able to improve both my breathing and the regulation of my nervous system . These have had positive benefits in many aspects of my life. After working with her, I notice I can now respond with more "choicefulness", when previously I might have been more reactive. I am truly grateful and would highly recommend working with Anette."
— T. Slice, Director and Executive Coach
Trauma-informed and neuro-affirming coaching combined with evidence-backed breath and nervous-system practices, behavioural science, creative play and real-world experience to help you design a path that fits around the life you actually want.
I get where you are...
For a long time, I didn’t know what I wanted, or that I had other options, because I was so used to conforming to dysfunctional systems and thinking I was the problem.
Through my work designing women’s leadership and career development programmes, I’ve seen how often highly capable women can hold themselves back in similar ways.
I’ve learnt that understanding yourself isn’t always enough to change the pattern. I had to learn how to work with my nervous system, build my capacity for discomfort and uncertainty, and trust myself enough to take action before I felt completely ready.
That’s what I now help you do.
When something feels uncertain, important or outside your control, your brain naturally looks for ways to make it feel safer.
And if you’ve spent your whole life being rewarded for being capable, achieving and getting things right, it makes sense that your instinct is to think it through, find the answer, work harder, prepare more and try to get it right. It’s a way of creating certainty.
But what once helped you feel capable and in control can eventually become the very thing that keeps you stuck.
With safety, capacity and practice, you can learn to succeed differently.
Knowing what you should do isn't always enough. Your perception, state and capacity affects what you can safely access, learn and practise.
Through breath, interoception, nervous-system regulation and embodied practice, we’ll build these together, so you can stay present with uncertainty, pressure and discomfort rather than automatically falling back into old patterns.
Imagine getting to a place where you can start questioning the old rules and take action to pursue career or business success that matches the life you want to live, and do it all without constantly doubting yourself or burning out… period.

Career goals to suit the life you want to live…
"I've just landed a new job, and it's genuinely down to the coaching. After our sessions, I stopped trying to be what companies wanted and just started being me. At the start of each interview, I took an embodied breath and 'a step to the right', and had 3 job offers!!!! I can honestly say that my outlook on so much has changed. I take a breath, think, and then make a calm decision, whereas before I was letting my past decide. "
— Nicki M. Operations Manager
“I began coaching to explore difficulties I was experiencing with Imposter Syndrome and Anette created a safe and supportive environment for me to explore what was going on. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get to the root of the problem and the insights that emerged during our sessions. Anette really helped me to increase my awareness of what was keeping me stuck and to reflect upon what I need in order to move forward. I am so grateful for the support that I received and thoroughly recommend Anette. "

FAQs
-
This is not therapy, and we will not e focusing on past traumas or healing. This is a coaching programme, not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment or crisis support. You must feel comfortable with wanting to take action to bring about positive change, and to be coached in a group setting.
-
We won't just focus on mindset or give you more information to think about. The programme combines reflection and coaching with practical and experiential approaches, including breathing, nervous-system regulation, body awareness and energy management. The focus is on moving from knowing what you should do to actually being able to trust yourself and take action.
-
That's actually a big part of the programme. Knowing what to do and being able to do it are different things — particularly when change creates uncertainty or discomfort. We'll explore what gets in the way of acting on what you already know.
-
No. This isn't about someone giving you a prescribed answer or telling you what career, business or life choices to make. You'll be supported to explore, experiment, make your own decisions and build trust in your ability to navigate what comes next. Ultimately, you do the work and your success depends on how much or how little you put into it.
-
There will be 90-minute sessions over six weeks, with the possibility of a break over half term. You'll also be encouraged to practise and reflect between sessions.
-
This means that some elements may evolve as we learn from your experience and feedback. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the programme for future participants at a heavily reduced rate.
-
You'll need to be willing to actively participate — not just listen. There will be opportunities to reflect, experiment with practical and embodied approaches, take action and share your experience with the group. Breathing, nervous-system regulation and embodied practices are part of the programme, alongside coaching, discussion and reflection.
-
The programme day and time will be decided based on the availability of those who apply. If there’s enough interest, I may also create a waiting list or run multiple groups.
-
As this is the first pilot of the programme, the cost will be significantly reduced compared with the price of the programme once it’s fully established.
Places are application-only, as it’s important to me that the group is made up of women who are a good fit for the programme and who will get the most from the experience.
As part of the application, I’ll ask about what level of investment feels realistic for you at this stage. This isn’t about deciding whether you can afford the programme — it’s about helping me understand what feels accessible across the group so I can set a fair pilot price.
I’ll confirm the final price once applications have closed.
