With over 15 years’ experience in education, learning, leadership development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), I provide Applied Embodied Leadership Coaching for leaders and organisations.
Grounded in nervous system science and neuro-inclusive approaches, I use my five-C framework — capacity, curiosity, connection, confidence, and clarity — to support leaders in developing self-leadership, relational leadership, and systems-level impact.
I help individuals and teams navigate complexity, prevent burnout, foster psychological safety, and build sustainable, high-performing cultures.

My perspective is shaped by lived experience as a neurodivergent individual. Building capacity, managing energy, and supporting my nervous system has been key to functioning well in environments that aren’t always accommodating.
I focus on practical, realistic tools that help people stay regulated and effective within imperfect systems, without relying on masking, over-functioning, or self-erasure.
