My perspective is shaped by lived experience as a neurodivergent individual. Strengthening mind-body capacity, managing energy, and supporting my nervous system has been essential to functioning well in environments that aren’t always accommodating.
I focus on practical, realistic tools that help people expand capacity and stay effective within imperfect systems, without relying on masking, over-functioning, or self-erasure.
I also deliver workshops for managers on inclusive leadership in Managing Neurodiverse teams.
