How does it work?

1:1 Personal flow coaching packages for people navigating times of change, transitions or decisions. Focused on building clarity, self-trust and perspective.

  • Weekly or Bi-weekly support | Clarity-focused

    Choose from:

    • A single 50-minutes session for in-the-moment clarity.

    • 4 sessions package without in-between support over 2 months.

    • 6 sessions package without in-between support over 3 months.

    What’s included:

    • An initial complementary 30-min consultation to explore your goals and assess your needs.

    • Focused series of 1:1 coaching sessions (live 50–60 mins each) based on your chosen number of sessions.

    • May include personalised actions, reflection prompts, or exercises to practice between sessions.

    • Single session - £75

    • 4 x sessions package £300 (£65 per session)

    • 6 x sessions package £450 (£65 per session)

  • Coaching helps you get unstuck and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. You’ll learn to understand your emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses, rather than pushing through or ignoring them.

    Through reflective coaching and practical physiology-based tools, you gain tangible ways to regulate stress, align your actions with your values, and take realistic steps toward what matters to you. Over time, this builds your self-leadership and ability to navigate uncertainty from change and transitions.

  • Many clients start with breath coaching to feel steady, then move into transformative coaching to work through decisions or transitions. We can talk more about your needs and goals during your initial consultation.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, mental health challenges, or deep emotional processing.

    Coaching is more present, future-focused and action-oriented. It’s about working with where you are now and supporting your growth, decision-making, and self-leadership.

    While our work together may touch on past experiences or emotional patterns (especially in trauma-informed coaching), it’s not a substitute for therapy. If needed, I’ll always signpost or work alongside other practitioners in your support network.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process where I ask reflective questions to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and next steps. You lead the way, bringing what matters most to you, at your pace.

    Depending on what you need, mentoring allows space for me to work with you in a framework and offer tools or science that might support your process. Your results are strongest when you actively engage with the tools and strategies that resonate with you.

    It’s never about giving advice, telling you what to do, or centering my own story. This work is always about you and your commitment to yourself to implement positive change.
